Just like that we are six weeks into Super Kid Season!
During this time one of our most dedicated fundraisers Thea, also know as Candy Girl, is recovering from an accident. Thea has given us so much support over the years and right now she could use some support herself. If anyone would like to send her a card or a healing message from a fellow CASA supporter it would mean a lot to her. You can send them to CASA of Humboldt, 2356 Myrtle Ave, Eureka, CA 95501. Meanwhile, she has a very kind friend who is stepping in and continuing to collect donations for CASA because that is what she wanted.

October 15th: Bear River Casino, one of our new teams this year, has offered to host our Super Kid Season Celebration at their Taco Fest! What's better than celebrating your hard work with tacos? Nothing! Our Super Kid Season teams, advocates, and kids will get in for FREE and you will find us in the Super Kid Season Kid Zone! More details will follow as we get closer.
