The volunteer coordinator screens potential volunteers, runs the training program, and helps prepare volunteers to become advocates. The volunteer coordinator also provides continuing education trainings through out the year, and will help volunteers locate community resources for training and activities. The volunteer coordinator also arranges for in-office volunteer projects and collaborates with local schools for service-learning and internship programs.
