CASA of Humboldt is pleased to welcome our new Social Worker Interns for Fall 2005: Melissa Keller, Samala Maloney and Jessie Wood.

All three women are involved in a BSW Senior year internship, and will be working at the CASA office for 15 hours per week. They will be working on many different projects while they are here, including, but not limited to - being advocates, supervising SAFE visitations, working on the CASA educational advocacy program, and creating information and training resources for advocates.

Each of them will have a different focus while they are here, to complement their area of interest.

Samala is interested in ICWA, relationships with local tribes and working with infants and toddlers.
Melissa is interested in adoption issues and child specific adoption.
Jessie is interested in working with probation youth and teens.

Welcome!
