New Product Line to Benefit CASA of Humboldt

The Linen Closet announced today that they are introducing a new body care line which will help raise money for CASA of Humboldt.

The Linen Closet, an eight year old retail store in Old Town Eureka that specializes in products for the bed, bath and table, has chosen Court Appointed Special Advocates of Humboldt as the charity for The Tropics line, with five percent of the proceeds to be donated to the non-profit.

For more information, visit The Linen Closet Web site.

Jessica McGinty, co-owner of Jessicurl, locally developed and manuafactured six products for the line, all in a signature fragrance for The Linen Closet, which they've named The Tropics.

"We must have tested a hundred combinations to get it just right," said Jessica. "Now it smells so good, we wish it was something we could eat."
The products are scented with vanilla, lemongrass and coconut.

The Linen Closet will be offering prodcut testering and free samples of The Tropics line during Arts Alive! on Saturday, July 3rd from 5 to 9 p.m.
