CASA Welcomes New Development Director

CASA of Humboldt is pleased to welcome Jema Patterson to our staff.

Jema is excited to step into the role of Development Director and become a part of the valuable work CASA is doing for the strength and health of our community. She says, "I can't imagine a non-profit more worthy of the time and energy invested by all the volunteers, board, and staff. I am honored to be part of such a giving community!"

Jema was born and raised in Wyoming. She has traveled extensively and has a diverse work history, including experience with several non-profits. She received her BA in Anthropology from the University of Oregon. Ever since she set foot in the Pacific Northwest, she knew she would make her home here one day. When she's not at the CASA office, you can usually find Jema rowing on the bay, hiking the local trails, rafting one of the "six rivers," or cooking up a feast in her kitchen.
