We are honored to have a signed and numbered Serigraph created in by local artist John Wesa. In 1968, John entered HSU, where he enjoyed the Humboldt County landscape because it was dark and fog shrouded. John finished a BA in 1971 in cinema and printmaking, then continued his education in filmmaking on a scholarship to California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, though he did not stay long. John moved back to Humboldt County, and after working a series of odd jobs, he returned to printmaking, and has been active in the art community of Humboldt County ever since.

The base of the fountains is cedar covered in copper plate with a plastic liner for waterproofing, and the granite stone has copper veins laid on the stone.
