Case Supervisor A case supervisor is assigned to each CASA volunteer to give guidance and support as soon as a volunteer is appointed to a child.

The case supervisor and the CASA volunteer become a team working together to insure that a child's best interests are being met. Case supervisors assist volunteers in information gathering, court report writing, and are available to discuss any questions or concerns that may arise. Case supervisors attend court with advocates and may attend in your place if you are unable to be present.

Our case supervisors have a broad range of experience working with children, including educational backgrounds in child development and psychology. They work with social workers and attorneys on a daily basis and are skilled at understanding the court process. Case supervisors are also familiar with resources available in the community for the children.
