Training will be 9am-4pm Monday- Friday June 7-11 in Eureka
A week-long day time training which will fulfill the 30 hour training requirement to become a CASA volunteer advocate. Training will cover the history of child welfare law, basics of child development, the roles and relationships of advocates, attorneys and social workers, and the basic how-to of gathering information and preparing CASA reports.
