Our presenter will be Abbe Hess, Program Director of Crossroads, a residential treatment program and part of the North Coast Substance Abuse Council, will address a spectrum of issues related to substance abuse. She will discuss the variety of drugs available locally, street slang and paraphanelia, mannerisms of people under the influence of specific drugs, and the impact of substance abuse on social and parenting skills.
